Product overview
Falcon has earned a reputation as a workhorse brand for heavy-duty metal forming. This includes, but is not limited to, sheet metal and plate rolling, as well as profile rolling machines. Built with robust welded steel frames and heavy-duty transmission components, Falcon machines are engineered to stand up to daily industrial use under the most demanding conditions. The brand blends European design sophistication with practical functionality, and many machines come with options for full CNC, NC/multi-mode automation, digital readouts, and hydraulic control systems as well as the more simple manually controlled options. Falcon machines are designed for serious performance, whether you're rolling sheet, plate, angle, channel, or pipe; working with flats, solids, or complex profiles, Falcon offers solid and reliable solutions for your rolling needs. With premium hydraulic and electric components from top-tier suppliers, Falcon delivers both power and finesse.
The Falcon MRM-S 1550 x 130 is a precision three roll initial pinch curving roll engineered for dependable, bending of sheet and plate metals. With a working width of 1550 mm and a roll diameter of 130 mm, it handles up to 6 mm mild steel with ease. The digital read out, NC and CNC options enable the machine to operate to exact positions with repeatability. Built on a rigid, steel welded frame for structural stability and vibration resistance, the MRM-S 1550 features induction hardened rolls (suitable for tougher materials and Stainless Steel), a motorised up/down rear roll for precise control, and a swing out top roll to simplify removal of full cylindrical sections. Its asymmetric initial pinch design enables pre-bending directly on the machine, while a central lubrication system and brake motor ensure smooth operation and consistent results.
