The Isitan MRM-S 1550 x 170 motorised three-roll initial pinch plate roll is a precision-engineered bending machine built for reliable forming of sheet and plate metals. With a working width of 1550 mm and a roll diameter of 170 mm, it is capable of bending medium-thickness materials, achieving approximately 7-8 mm bending capacity with effective pre-bend performance. Built on a rugged, steel-welded frame for structural stability and reduced vibration, the MRM-S 1550 x 170 features motorised back roll adjustment for fine control and optional digital read-out and NC control for precise positioning and repeatability. Its asymmetric initial pinch design enables direct pre-bending on the machine, while a swing out top roll simplifies removal of fully formed cylindrical sections.
