What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a message we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you give us, together with the machines on your enquiry.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. Your details are stored in our own systems and a notification is sent to our sales team. We do not sell your information.

Mailing list

If you subscribe to updates you can unsubscribe at any time and we will stop sending them.

Optional website analytics

When website analytics is available, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics. It helps us understand page and product interest, enquiry completions, and clicks to call, email or download information. Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page.

Analytics uses cookies and processes device and visit information through Google. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry message or enquiry reference in our analytics events. Search text is not collected. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to browse or enquire.

Asking us about your information

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, contact us at sales@scottmachinery.co.nz or call 0800 215 215.
