About this machine.

The Baileigh BR-16E-36EV bead roller is a beautifully built variable speed power operated bead roller. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll. Baileigh offers many sets of tooling for the BR-16E-36EV bead roller and the shaft diameter is 19mm and will fit many commercially available roll sets. Like most Baileigh bead rollers, the BR-16E-36EV comes standard with a depth stop for perfectly straight beads, and a heavily constructed floor stand on wheels. This bead roll is built to last.

  • Quick-release top die opens and closes while maintaining the same forming depth.
  • You can begin or end a design in the middle of the panel without worrying if the depth is correct.
  • Bottom die can slide in or out to create offsets for a custom profile.
