About this machine.

The Baileigh EW‑40 is a heavy‑duty manual English wheel built for serious sheet‑metal shaping. Its fully a welded 127mm x 127mm x 6.4mm box‑tube frame delivers exceptional rigidity and supports forming up to 16 gauge mild steel ideal for automotive, aviation, motorcycle, and decorative metalwork. The EW-40 is a ridged "English wheel" style sheet metal former with a throat depth of 960mm.

Baileigh Industrial is a leading U.S. manufacturer of metalworking and woodworking machinery, founded in 1999 in Wisconsin. Known for innovation like the first hydraulic tube bender to do 180 degrees bends in one shot, Baileigh offers a large selection of pipe/tube benders and well as industry leading panel beating, sheet metal and metal forming machinery.   • 9 Hardened bottom anvils. 1/8", 1/2",and 3/4 edge radii.6"crown radius. 2"flat rolls. 5/16x1/4" step roll. 1 1/2" and 5/8" round bead rolls
  • Precision sealed bearings, a swivel head for pushing panels at any angle (including perpendicular), a quick‑release cam, and a rubber foot kick tensioner
