The Cosen SH-350DM is a high quality Taiwanese built double mitre bandsaw, based on refined Italian design principles. This model combines robust construction with user friendly operation, offering smooth and accurate cutting performance for a wide range of materials. Ideal for general fabrication, maintenance workshops, educational facilities, and production environments requiring frequent mitre cutting. The swivel bow is mounted on a precision bearing system, allowing effortless pivoting from -45 to +60 degrees, complete with positional stops at 45 and 60 degrees for quick setup. The semi automatic bow lift returns the frame at the end of each cut, readying the machine for the next operation. The vice can be positioned on either side of the blade, providing full double mitre capability. A manual cast iron vice with "quick nip" lever allows for fast clamp/unclamp of workpieces, and a vice disengagement lever enables quick sliding for long range adjustment. The carbide blade guides with twin roller bearings ensure optimal support and longevity of the blade, complemented by a two point coolant system and a blade cleaning brush wheel to maintain cut accuracy. The SH-350DM offers hydraulic down feed control for consistent feeding and features a convenient operator control station for ease of use. Blade speed is variable, powered by a 415V three phase motor, and the integrated blade tension gauge ensures precise setup. Each machine is supplied with a RONTGEN 27mm bi-metal saw blade.
