The Gemma Autocut 550 is a high performance automatic single head saw engineered for precise, high-volume aluminium profile cutting. Powered by a 5.5 kW motor running at 2,800 rpm and fitted with a 550mm diameter widia blade, it delivers clean, burr free 90 degree cuts. The machine includes automatic bar feeding (5-660 mm range), four horizontal and three vertical pneumatic clamps, and a rigid "bridge" locking system to secure profiles tightly during operation. The cutting area uses Venturi atomised lubrication to maintain blade quality, while the operator controls everything from a 7-inch PC Windows touchscreen. Built on an electro welded steel base, this saw meets CE safety standards and includes integrated protection for operator safety

Features:

  • Automatic single head machine designed for 90 degree cuts with automatic in-feeding.
  • Rigid, electro welded steel base for stability and minimal vibration.
  • 4 horizontal and 3 vertical pneumatic clamps plus a central support for small section profiles.
  • Heavy duty "bridge" locking system ("pont" system) for profile locking to ensure secure grip during cutting.
  • Motor: 5.5 kW running at 2,800 rpm, with a 550mm diameter widia (carbide) blade.
  • Venturi (nebulised / mist) lubrication system to reduce blade wear and improve cut quality.
  • Cutting range minimum cutting length of 5 mm, up to a maximum of 660 mm.
  • Bar advancement / feed system: Brushless motors, linear guides, ground rack; includes end-bar length laser detector.
  • Operator interface PC-Windows based control with a 7 inch colour touchscreen.
  • Maximum material section: approx 160 x 160 mm (square) or 300 x 120 mm in another orientation.
  • Dimensions & weight approx 1,600 x 800 x 1,650 mm, with a machine weight around 680 kg.
