The Cosen C-320NC CE bandsaw is the smallest high performance automatic horizontal dual column band saw from COSEN, equipped with a 5 HP blade motor, a 34 mm wide blade, an independent easy-to-use control panel, and heavy-duty dual-column structure. It features high structural rigidity, stable operation, and excellent productivity. The oversized, precision-ground columns ensure smooth, consistent, and stable saw frame movement throughout the entire cutting process, resulting in high cutting efficiency and extended blade life. Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology provides most of the benefits of NC controlled saws at a mere fraction of the cost. SNC-100 controls are programmable up to 100 different jobs including quantity and length of cut. The controls automatically compensate for Kerf loss after data input and requires no manual calculation of number of times to index.
