The Cosen AH-250H automatic horizontal bandsaw features a CE-style front control panel with PLC control and a digital length counter for precise, reliable operation. Its fully automatic control system is built for mass-production cutting and uses a hydraulic shuttle feed system to ensure high accuracy and repeatability. Operation is managed through the PLC and front-mounted panel, which includes a digital length counter and an LED blade-speed display. The system automates the work-height selector with air-gap elimination, hydraulic blade tensioning with breakage detection, kerf-loss compensation after data entry, and automatic saw-head return at the end of each cut. It also supports multiple-length cutting from a single bar through multiple indexing (up to 99 m or 999 in). A blade-life indicator and error-code display simplify diagnostics.
