About this machine.

YSD, the manufacturing company for LVD Belgium, have developed, using technology and experience gained from LVD, a range of pressbrakes and guillotines that has some of the best design features and componentry in its class. These machines, primarily developed for the European market, incorporate many internationally sourced components to achieve the stability, accuracy, reliability and performance expected from a quality machine. The frames have been designed using Uni-Graphics Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, to ensure acceptable distortion under maximum load. The side frames are fully welded to the bottom beam creating a solid steel structure and the result is an extremely rigid frame.

The YSD PPTK series is a proven NC controlled press-brake that is a top seller throughout New Zealand. This heavy duty, no frills machine features a significantly larger torsion bar than many similar machines. With its robust frame and basic controller, along with time proven Rexroth, Vickers or Bosch hydraulic components and Schnieder electrical components, the PPTK series is known as the "Hilux" of New Zealand press-brakes. They are built tough, durable and strong for years of reliable service.
