The Optimum TGM-3 is a powerful, pedestal mounted linishing notcher designed for accurate beveling of tube and pipe from 20mm to 76mm in diameter. Its 4HP motor drives a 100 x 2,000mm abrasive belt, allowing quick and clean notches at adjustable angles from 30 degrees to 90 degrees. The motor is 2 speed and will run in either direction depending on which end of the machine is being utilized. The TGM-3 features a compound tilting worktable, secure V-jaw vice, and comes complete with seven guide rollers, a storage cabinet, and integrated lifting hook. Weighing 145kg, the TGM-3 is a rugged and reliable solution for high-precision weld prep and fabrication work.
