The LUXCUT GMV 2500x3.2 is a Mechanical Shearing Machine with a brake motor driving through a shaft-mounted speed reduction unit. It is controlled by a Selector switch for single or continuous strokes provides quiet instantaneous engagement. Different from the traditional driving method of mechanical shearer, its one of the most advanced miniature mechanical shearers. The low cutting angle and inclined shear direction reduces bowing and twist to a minimum. Blade clearance is easily set by a manually operated Quick Set device. It is an Ideal true cut machining equipment of sheet metal and non-ferrous sheet metal.

The Estun E21 NC back gauge controller allows the user to simply enter the cut length into the controller & then the machine back gauge goes to that setting for cutting. The NC control saves much time in measuring & can be simply programmed for multi-step programming in a sequence of multiple cut lengths (up to 39 steps). The multiple-step programmes can be saved for repetitive or recurring jobs.
