Product overview

About this machine.

HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.

The HOMGE TV-6 & TV-8 Super Opening Machine Vices are designed for applications where a large clamping capacity is required without stepping up to a larger machine vice. The super-open design provides significantly increased jaw opening, allowing larger parts or multiple components to be clamped in a standard footprint. The front-pulling angle-lock system improves clamping accuracy by drawing the movable jaw down as force is applied, helping maintain jaw parallelism under load. Built with a rigid body and protected drive components, the TV-6 and TV-8 are suited to CNC and conventional milling environments where repeatability and durability are required.

Features:

  • Super-open jaw capacity with approx. 250 mm opening on TV-6 and 305 mm on TV-8
  • Front-pulling clamping design increases clamping force and improves accuracy
  • Wide fixed jaw secured with multiple bolts for rigidity and durability
  • Two machined sides of the vice body usable as datum reference surfaces
  • Angle-lock mechanism applies downward pressure to maintain jaw parallelism
  • High tensile cast iron body for rigidity and vibration resistance
  • Hardened and ground slideways for smooth movement and long-term accuracy
  • Hardened alloy steel jaws for durability in production use

Needle bearing thrust collar reduces friction and increases clamping efficiency

  • Iron leadscrew cover protects screw from swarf contamination
  • Dust collars on leadnut prevent chip ingress and extend service life
  • Optional swivel base available for flexible setup
  • Constructed with wider fixed jaw by 4 bolts locked on top and larger keyway to ensure accuracy and durability
  • Two sides of the Vice body can be used as datum surfaces
  • 3000kg Clamping force

Optional:

  • Swivel base
