Product overview
About this machine.
HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.
HAV Series Precision Angle Lock Machine Vices are designed for secure, repeatable workholding in milling, drilling, and general machining applications. The angle-lock design applies downward force on the workpiece, keeping both jaws seated and parallel during clamping to improve stability under load. Built for general machining environments, the HAV series combines rigidity with long-term wear resistance. Heat-treated slideways and hardened wear components maintain accuracy under regular production use, while protective features help reduce contamination and extend service life.
Features:
- High tensile cast iron body for rigidity and vibration damping
- Hardened alloy steel jaws for strength and wear resistance
- Hardened and ground slideways for smooth travel and long-term accuracy
- Swivel base for flexible positioning and setup on machine tables
- Two set screws in fixed jaw prevent rearward tilt under high clamping loads
- Needle bearing thrust collar reduces friction and increases clamping force capacity
- Iron leadscrew cover protects leadscrew from swarf and contamination
- Dust collars on leadnut prevent chip ingress and extend service life
- Suitable for CNC milling, drilling, and general workshop machining applications
- Designed for consistent performance in high-use production environments
