About this machine.

HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.

The HOMGE HHV Series of Horizontal / Vertical Rotary Tables are manual indexing tables designed for accurate angular positioning in milling, drilling, and machining operations. The horizontal/vertical design allows flexible setup for arc cutting, bolt hole patterns, and multi-face machining on conventional machines. Driven by a precision worm and gear system, the HHV series provides controlled, repeatable rotation with fine adjustment capability. Built with precision-ground working surfaces and hardened drive components, these tables are suited to toolroom and production environments where consistent indexing accuracy is required.

  • Horizontal and vertical operation for flexible setup on milling machines
  • Precision worm and gear drive with 90:1 ratio for accurate indexing
  • One handle revolution equals 4 degrees table movement for controlled adjustment
  • 360 degree graduated table with dial divisions of 1 minute
  • Vernier scale allows fine adjustment down to 10 seconds
  • Hardened and precision-ground worm to reduce wear and maintain accuracy
  • Upper and lower table surfaces precision-ground for stability and alignment
  • Rigid construction for consistent performance under machining loads
  • Suitable for arc cutting, hole patterns, counterboring, and general indexing work
  • Available in multiple sizes (HHV-150 to HHV-400) to suit different capacities
