The HOMGE 90 degree Milling Attachment (Right Angle Milling Head - Direct Taper Mount) is a compact right-angle spindle attachment designed to convert a vertical milling machine into a horizontal cutting orientation without the need for an external support bearing or arbor system. The unit mounts directly into the machine spindle via standard tapers such as R8, NT30, and NT40, allowing fast setup and removal. The internal bevel gear drive transmits spindle rotation through 90 degrees, providing horizontal cutting capability for slotting, side milling, and access to vertical faces. The internal construction is designed to maintain alignment under load without external cutter support, making it suited to shorter reach tooling and general machining work where setup simplicity is preferred over extended arbor rigidity.
