Product overview
HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.
The HOMGE Horizontal Milling Attachments are designed to convert a vertical milling machine into a horizontal cutting setup using a right-angle milling head, arbor, and support system. They provide increased cutting rigidity and allow the use of horizontal cutters for heavier material removal and extended tool engagement. The system typically consists of a precision right-angle milling head with bevel gear drive, a spindle arbor, and external support bearing to stabilise the cutter over longer reaches. The rigid support arrangement reduces deflection during cutting, making it suitable for slotting, face milling, and heavy stock removal operations where standard vertical tooling is less effective. Built for workshop and production environments, the attachment is quick to mount and remove, allowing machines to switch between vertical and horizontal configurations without permanent modification.
