Product overview

About this machine.

HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.

Homge ECMC Series Permanent Magnetic Vices (ECMC-75 to ECMC-380) are designed for secure holding of ferrous components during milling, grinding, drilling, and CNC machining. The permanent magnetic system provides strong, consistent clamping without external power, allowing fast setup and reliable workholding across production and toolroom environments. The ECMC design allows full access to five-sided machining on suitable components and can be arranged in multiple units on a machine table or fixture base to suit batch production layouts. Users can also configure soft jaws and accessories to adapt the vice for different part geometries and setup requirements. Built with a rigid cast body and precision-ground working surfaces, the ECMC series is intended for stable clamping of medium to large workpieces where accuracy and repeatability are required in continuous machining environments.

Features:

  • Quick clamping and release for reduced setup time in machining operations
  • Suitable for milling, grinding, drilling, and CNC machining applications
  • Designed for medium to large workpieces on milling machines and machining centres
  • Allows five-sided machining access where workpiece geometry permits
  • Multiple vices can be arranged on a machine table or fixture setup for production workholding
  • Compatible with soft jaws for flexible workpiece configuration
  • Rigid cast construction for stability under machining loads
  • Precision-ground top surface for accurate work support and alignment
  • Available in ECMC-75, 130, 220, and 380 sizes to suit different capacity requirements
