The Gemma MOST is a precision single head miter saw built for professional aluminium profile work. Its rugged electro welded steel base ensures stability, and two horizontal pneumatic clamps lock the material securely for clean cuts. Equipped with a 1.5 kW motor and a 400mm diameter widia blade, the cutting head tilts from 90 degrees to 45 degrees on the left for versatile angle capabilities. A pivoting worktable with mechanical stops allows fast setup, and a sliding square makes trimming easy. With manual blade output control, Venturi type lubrication, and CE-compliant safety guards, the MOST delivers reliable, accurate, burr free cutting while being easy to operate.

  • Two horizontal pneumatic clamps to securely hold the workpiece during cutting.
  • Cutting motor power 1.5 kW compatible with a 400mm diameter widia blade.
  • Tilting head can tilt from 90 degrees to 45 degrees to the left, useful for bevel and angled cuts.
  • Rotating worktable (pivoting table) with mechanical angle stops for common settings, making setup faster.
  • Sliding mobile square for trimming operations.
  • Venturi-type or nebulised cutting lubrication (mist lubrication) to reduce blade wear and maintain cutting quality.
  • CE-compliant safety and protection guards as standard.
