The Falcon 4R HS 20-260 hydraulic plate rolls are designed for accurate rolling and prebending of medium plate and stainless steel work up to 2050 mm wide. The 4-roll design allows full cylinder rolling and efficient prebending in a single pass, improving accuracy and reducing handling time. Hydraulic orbital side roll movement, hardened SAE 1050 rolls, hydraulic drop-end, and digital roll positioning make the machine well suited to fabrication shops producing tanks, cones, ducting, and general rolled components.

  • Suitable for light and medium plate in aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel across a range of diameters
  • 4-roll hydraulic system designed for prebending and full rolling in a single pass
  • Bottom roll hydraulically adjustable (up/down) for accurate pinching control
  • Two lateral rolls with hydraulic orbital movement and double pinch action for consistent forming
  • Hydraulic balancing system maintains roll parallelism for high accuracy and repeatable production
  • Top roll driven by hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox with integrated overload protection
  • Bottom and lateral rolls are idle (free-running) with controlled hydraulic positioning via pistons
  • 2-speed working system controlled from mobile operator panel for improved cycle control
  • Independent mobile control panel (MCP) for all machine operations
  • Three digital readouts for precise roll positioning
  • Hydraulic drop-end for easy removal of finished cylinders
  • Conical bending device fitted as standard
  • Central lubrication system
  • Heavy-duty welded steel frame construction, stress relieved for stability
  • Induction hardened SAE 1050 (CK45) forged steel rolls, heat treated and NDT tested
  • Hydraulic power unit fitted with quality European components (Duplomatic or equivalent)
