The Cosen SH 1500DM is a heavy-duty industrial bandsaw designed for precise straight and miter cutting in demanding applications. It features a hydraulic dual-column structure with a hydraulically powered cast-iron guide arm and a heavy duty, cast iron, swivel base, enabling straight cuts as well as miter cutting from +60 to -40 degrees. The machine's gearbox is engineered to withstand high lateral cutting forces without thermal distortion and is supported by a motor driven blade brush for consistent blade cleaning. An inverter controlled blade drive system provides infinitely variable blade speeds, while hydraulic blade tensioning, carbide blade guides, and precision bearings ensure stability, accuracy, and long blade life. Cooling and chip management are handled by an adjustable flood coolant system with an additional hose for work bed and auger cleanup. Material clamping is achieved through a cast iron hydraulic vise with split jaws to reduce burr formation, with synchronized vise movement that follows the guide arm. Operator control is provided by a tethered control panel featuring a dual valve system for independent feed pressure and feed rate adjustment, delivering precise and reliable cutting performance.
