The Cosen SH 1100LDM is a versatile horizontal double miter-cutting band saw which features a large capacity. With the SH-1100LDM, you can miter-cut either forward or backward up to 60 degrees. The 10 degree blade cant is designed specifically for cutting structural steel such as H-beam, I-beam, channel and profiles at the maximized cutting conditions. Fast & accurate mitering via automatic angle positioning. You can easily key in your desired cutting angle via the HMI touchscreen, and the saw frame will automatically swivel, first quickly then finely positioning to the exact angle with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees. The hydraulically driven saw bow linear guides travel along two linear guides, which allow for a smooth and pulse free up and down movement and durability for long term use. The guide arm travels along one linear guide and moves in sync with the full stroke hydraulic vise to always minimize blade vibration when cutting. The optional full stroke top clamp also moves in sync with the vise, allowing the material, regardless of size and shape, to always be securely held down during a cut. The movable vibration damper device can move and clamp the top of the blade, supporting the blade while cutting material which effectively reduce the blade vibration and high frequency noise.
