About this machine.
Thunderblade TB30 is a water soluble metal working coolant suitable for most metal cutting coolant systems. Specifically designed for cutting operations with both band-sawing and circular processes in mind.
Thunderblade TB30 is composed of a semi synthetic soluble oil and both high anti corrosive and biostatic properties. It is a pearlescent milky color with little to no odour and does not have a flashpoint.
Recommended concentration for cutting and turning on steel, cast iron, and other ferrous and non ferrous metals minimum 4% (We recommend 6%) For surface grinding minimum 2.5%
Thunderblade TB30 has a high detergent, high rust prevention with little to no foam and microbiological resistance. (DEA Free)
Store oil in closed container in a well ventilated area out of the sun and adverse weather. Do not allow to freeze.
Available in 5lt and 20lt containers.
