The REX N100A, a long standing flagship from REX Japan, delivers high-performance pipe threading for 1/2" (15A) to 4" (100A) steel and stainless steel pipes. Equipped with a quiet, maintenance free condenser motor and a 3 speed transmission, this machine threads efficiently and reliably in industrial settings The REX N100A pipe threader provides superb quality & reliability. Makes the best finish tapered threads with ease. The machine is very user friendly for 2 1/2 to 4 inch pipe sizes can be simply adjusted by a micro adjuster on the self opening die head. This large die head supports 20mm size dies providing the best quality threads. It also has a separate 27mm auto type die head for sizes up to 2 inch. Thread lengths can be adjusted by changing the lever contact. The die head can be opened manually or automatically.

  • Three speed gearbox with optimised spindle speeds -48 rpm (1/2"-3/4" ) - 27 rpm (1"-2") - 15 rpm (2 1/2"-4")
  • Efficient, low-noise operation
  • Micro fine adjustment allows precise control of thread diameter and taper depth
  • Multi thread compatibility. Supports BSPT and NPT thread types (others possible with optional die sets)
  • Compatible with Uni-auto, NV-auto, manual, profiling, grooving, and beveling heads
  • Integrated tool box & chip collector helps keep worksite organized and minimizes clean-up time
  • Approximately 123 kg. Compact footprint with carry handles for two-person transport
  • User friendly cutter with tool less depth adjustment for quicker pipe prep
