Optimum ER collets are high-precision tool holding components designed for secure and accurate clamping of drills, end mills, reamers, and other round shank tools. Manufactured from hardened, precision ground steel, they offer excellent concentricity and gripping force across a wide clamping range. Available in standard sizes from ER16 to ER50, these collets are compatible with all Optimum ER-style chucks and meet DIN 6499 standards. This makes them ideal for milling, drilling, and CNC applications where accuracy and repeatability are essential.

High precision. Manufactured to DIN 6499 standard for excellent concentricity ( plus or minus 0.015 mm typical)

Even gripping pressure. Reduces tool slippage and runout for smoother machining
