The Optimum DBS75 is a heavy duty, bench mount belt linisher designed for robust metalworking and shop environments. Engineered for professional workshops and industrial use. With a powerful 1.1kW 3 phase motor delivering 1,400rpm, it's ideal for tasks like tool sharpening, deburring, and general metal finishing

Features:

  • Durable European construction combines German led design and quality control with EU made components, including a robust frame housing and premium ball bearing shafts for smoother, quieter operation.
  • Heavy cast base with rubber mounting feet
  • Linishing belt is solid and tilt-able ready for precision finishing
  • Side disk with adjustable tool rest

Included:

  • Supplied with P80 grit 1180mm x 75mm ZIRCONIA belt as standard
  • and 150mm diameter sanding pad

Optional:

  • Other belts and disks available in various grits

Safety Features:

  • Safety guarding and work piece guards are well thought out with a latching "E-stop" and a pre-disposed port to be hooked up to extraction
