The LUXCUT YK50 & YKH50 Portable Line Boring Machines are proven dependable and extremely powerful on-site boring machines. They offer workshop-quality tolerances on-site and can eliminate costly dismantling and production down time. The YKH option offers a portable welding head for ease of building up slogged out bores.

- Eibenstock 1.8Kw powerful electric motor, light-weight, infinite speed variation. Single phase 220V.
- The main body of machine use aviation aluminium alloy, high strength, light weight.
- Control unit is simple, easy to maintain and operate.
- Spherical bearing mounting system allows for quick setup and ensures concentricity of the boring bar and the motor shaft, avoiding vibration during machining.
- Bearings can be finely calibrated, quickly and accurately.
- Boring diameter: 55 - 250mm
- Boring stroke: 350mm
- Feed speed: Infinite variable speed
- Forward, Reverse, Manual.
- Boring bar speed: 60-140rpm / 200-470rpm, infinite variable speed.

Luxcut YT70 Hydraulic Bushing tool removal and installation kit.
- This hydraulic bushing tool is specifically designed to disassemble excavator bushings, axles and bearings makes the job easier and saving time.
- Included in this kit is a hand pump or a 220v electric pump.
- The traditional way of working using a slide-hammer or other more agricultural tools can easily damage vehicle parts. This kit makes the job much easier.
