Product overview
About this machine.
HOMGE manufactures precision workholding and inspection equipment built for workshop and production use. Their range includes machine vices, angle plates, sine tables, magnetic chucks and modular fixturing designed to deliver repeatable accuracy and solid clamping performance. Made in Taiwan using hardened and precision-ground components, HOMGE products are known for consistent quality, reliable alignment, and long service life in toolrooms, CNC machining, and general engineering environments. Suitable for both manual and CNC machines, HOMGE workholding is built to handle daily workshop use without unnecessary complexity.
THE HOMGE HPAC & HPAQ Series CNC Machine Vices are multi-power mechanical vices designed for high clamping force, repeatability, and efficient use of machine table space in CNC machining environments. The compact body with large jaw opening allows increased workholding capacity without increasing footprint, making them suited to multi-vice setups on machining centres. Both series use HOMGE's patented multi-power system to generate high, consistent clamping force without hydraulics, reducing maintenance while maintaining repeatable clamping pressure. Combined with an angle-lock mechanism, the design pulls the workpiece down onto the bed, improving stability and machining accuracy under load. Manufactured from high-grade ductile iron with hardened and ground slideways, the HPAC and HPAQ series are built for long-term accuracy and durability in production environments, including heavy-duty CNC milling and mold work.
Features:
- Constructed from high grade materials with slideways hardened to HRC50 for accuracy and durability
- Patented multi-power system (high grade bearing steel) delivers very high, consistent clamping force without hydraulic maintenance issues
- Jaws can be mounted at the rear of base jaws for increased clamping range
- Chip protection cover prevents swarf ingress and protects internal components
- Compact design with large jaw opening maximises machine table capacity
- High tensile ductile iron body for rigidity and minimal deflection under load
- Precision-ground slideways for smooth operation and repeatable positioning
- Can be mounted vertically or horizontally for flexible setup
- Fixed height design allows multiple vices to be used together on CNC tables
- Adjustable clamping force for repeatable setups
