About this machine.
Established in 1976, Cosen Saws has become a global leader in industrial band saw manufacturing, offering over 140 models in horizontal, vertical, and miter-cutting configurations. Their machines are available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic forms, catering to a wide range of cutting needs. With cutting capacities ranging from 200 mm to 2200 mm, Cosen's band saws are designed to handle materials such as steel, titanium, chromium, and silicon, serving industries including construction, automotive, aerospace, and wind power generation. Cosen heavy duty roller tables are available in a variety of configurations, designed to compliment the larger Cosen bandsaws. Scott Machinery keep in stock a small number of these roller tables (give us a call to enquire what we currently have in stock). Ideally these can be ordered specific to your machine at the time we place the order for the bandsaw.
Cosen can also offer powered infeed and outfeed tables that integrate into the bandsaw NC controller, providing an complete material handling solution
