About this machine.
Sanco manufacture a full range of ruggedly constructed double column CNC machining centres designed for large mould and mould base machining. They are constructed with extra heavy duty linear guideways on X & Y axis and are available on Z axis as an option. The Z axis is hydraulically counter balanced for exceptional stability and smoothness.
Spindle & Head Options
Spindle speed options:
- 4000, 6000, 8000, 10,000, 12,000, 15,000, 20,000rpm
dependant on spindle drive & taper configuration
Spindle drive options:
- Direct drive, Direct ZF gearbox, belt driven ZF gearbox (std), inbuilt spindle motor
Spindle taper options:
- BT50 (std) BT40 or HSK63A (opt)

- Automatic tool changer options (ATC)
