The Falcon 3R HS 20-280 hydraulic plate rolls are designed for rolling light to medium plate in general fabrication, engineering, and stainless work. The 3-roll double pinch design gives good control during prebending and rolling, while hydraulic orbital movement of the side rolls allows smooth forming of full cylinders and varying radii. Hardened SAE 1050 rolls, hydraulic drop-end, digital roll position readouts, and heavy welded construction make the machine well suited to regular workshop production work.
