The LUXCUT GHS4000NCx10 is an efficient electro-hydraulic swing beam guillotine which is designed to cut steel & other materials. Scott Machinery has included safety features of full fence blade guarding that will protect fingers and body parts from the blades during operation. Also fitted with side throat guarding & rear guarding with two photoelectric safety beams. The machine is fitted with four emergency stop buttons (2 on the front of the machine, one on the pendant control & one on remote foot pedal.)
The Estun E21 NC back gauge controller allows the user to simply enter the cut length into the controller & then the machine back gauge goes to that setting for cutting. The NC control saves much time in measuring & can be simply programmed for multi-step programming in a sequence of multiple cut lengths (up to 39 steps). The multiple-step programs can be saved for repetitive or recurring jobs. The NC controller also allows the machine to be simply operated by one person rather than aligning to a 4m cut line by two people.
