Product overview

About this machine.

Micro Dynamics develops vertical machining centres around rigid machine structures, built-in spindle technology, thermal compensation and integrated chip management.\n\nThe Tera 50V combines a closed cast-iron structure with cross-roller linear guideways and preloaded ballscrews. Its 1,270 × 710 × 635 mm travel envelope and 1,500 kg table capacity support large, heavy components, while 52 m/min rapid traverse on the X and Y axes helps reduce non-cutting time.

Key features\nClosed cast-iron construction developed with finite-element analysis\nCross-roller linear guideways\nPreloaded ballscrews with heavy-duty support\nDYPEC thermal compensation\n15,000 rpm built-in BT40 dual-contact spindle\n52 m/min rapid traverse on the X and Y axes
