BS0 & BS1 Dividing Heads are manual indexing units designed for accurate angular positioning in milling, drilling, and machining operations. They allow precise rotation of components for gear cutting, hole patterning, and multi-face machining without the need for CNC indexing. Built with a rigid housing and precision worm gear drive, the BS0 and BS1 provide consistent indexing accuracy and smooth rotation under load. Suitable for toolroom and production use, they are commonly used on milling machines for repetitive angular division work and fixture setups.
