The REX FP50AV-CE, part of the popular FP50A Series, is a compact yet powerful pipe threading machine engineered in Japan. Designed for threading steel and stainless steel pipes from 1/2" (15A) to 2" (50A), it is powered by a 1,600 W universal motor (1,000 W output) while maintaining excellent portability at approximately 48 kg. The FP50AV-CE is the latest model in the range and supports REX die heads and dies, making it an ideal replacement for older REX machines while delivering the same high level of quality and reliability. Operation is straightforward and user-friendly, with pipe size easily adjusted via the lever handle and thread length set by changing the lever contact. The die head can be opened either manually or automatically, depending on the application. Maintenance is simple, with auto-stop carbon brushes to protect the motor from damage. These brushes can be replaced easily without disassembling the machine. The new CE model is supplied as standard with a foot switch.
