About this machine.

TIGER 372 CNC LR 4.0 RC, is a ferrous circular saw with HSS blade for any kind of steel, with programmable head mitre through the MEP40 CNC controller. -Automatic vertical circular saw powered by brushless motor mitre1 from -45deg to +45deg, and up to +60deg in semiautomatic mode. -This machine can be equipped with the bar loader CB6001 (shown in image) for rounds, square and rectangle materials according to technical specifications. Features Quality Italian Manufacturing Touch screen controller with self learning programming. Saw head mitres with high precision positioning, powered by a brushless motor and pneumatic locking of saw head once positioned. Self-checking of all cutting parameters in real time. The head stroke, according to the dimensions of the material which has to be cut, is set directly from the control panel. 3 stage transmission to guarantee high sturdiness, precision and to obtain high removal capacities. Complete guarding as to achieve 3 fundamental aims: Operator safety (during working cycles, access to cutting area is hindered by a timed opening system). Sound-proofing. Possibility to work with high quantity of cutting liquid (120 litres/min) to cool blade, to wash the working area continuously and to convey chips guaranteeing in this way longer blade life. Sawing head movement on double linear guides with preloaded slides with recirculating ball screws. Head down stroke by means of electromechanical cylinder to obtain the maximum cutting rigidity and the automatic comparison of the data to correct cutting parameters in real time. Blade rotation with electronic speed inverter to cut between 15 & 150rpm, to obtain the best cutting efficiency. Wire chip brush for band cleaning. Circular blade 370mm diameter. Bar feeder has a length of 1000 mm and consists in a system given by screw/nut with recirculating ball screws with stepper motor and vice with sideways movement.
