The upgraded C36 uses a dual servo control system, independently controlling saw head feed and shuttle vise movement for improved cutting accuracy and smoother operation. A heavy-duty one-piece saw frame runs on linear guide rails with servo motor and precision ball screw drive, delivering stable and controlled cutting performance. The 5HP drive motor, planetary gearbox, and 41 mm blade provide strong cutting capability across a wide range of materials. A servo-driven shuttle vise with precision ball screw feed ensures smooth, quiet, and vibration-free material handling, particularly in high-speed production work. The quick approach system allows rapid saw head positioning before automatically slowing near the material to protect the blade and improve cutting consistency. The fully enclosed CE-compliant design improves operator safety and coolant containment, while the 10" colour touchscreen control gives straightforward access to job programming, machine status, and diagnostics from the operator station.
