The Cosen SH-13032 Bandsaw is saw a that incorporates a massive base, sturdy saw frame, with a heavy-duty gear box, a 5HP drive motor and a 34 mm wide blade. It is a gantry-style bandsaw and is engineered for cutting large-format grating materials, ceramic panels, and a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal plates. With an impressive cutting capacity of 1300mm (W) x 320mm (H), it is ideally suited for structural steelworks, public infrastructure, heavy fabrication, and manufacturing environments that demand reliable and consistent performance. Rigid Structure for Maximum Stability Heavy-duty twin round columns guide the sawhead with continuous surface contact, ensuring rigidity during the entire cutting cycle. The rear-tilted sawhead design reduces blade twist between the wheel and guide, minimizing blade stress and extending its lifespan. A robust arch-style crossbeam connects the columns, reinforcing structural integrity for long-term operation. Blade Drive & Cutting Control Custom high-pressure-resistant gearbox design prevents thermal distortion, ensuring smooth operation under industrial loads. Inverter-controlled blade speed allows infinitely variable adjustment via the front control panel, with LED display for precise setting. - Automatic hydraulic tension device will provide tension to blade when machine is turned on and will release tension when turned off, extending blade life.
- The bearing guides eliminate stress by pre-aligning the blade before it enters the carbide. There are two extra bearings located on a central axis, which supports the blade from the top, giving it extra penetrating force. The grooved carbide guide allows coolant through to lubricate and cool blade as well as work piece.
- The hydraulic chip conveyor (Option) features shiftless design which is more convenient and effective for chips removal.
