The Metalex RM1550 plate rolls are heavy duty hydraulic plate roller designed for accurate and efficient forming of steel up to 6.5 mm thick and 1550 mm wide. Featuring an initial pinch asymmetrical design, it enables effective pre bending and tighter radii. All three rolls are hydraulically driven, ensuring smooth, consistent forming even on heavier material. The machine is equipped with hardened rolls for extended service life, a digital readout for accurate back roll positioning, and a swing out top roll for easy part removal. A remote control panel and foot switch provide safe, hands free operation, making the RM1550 ideal for fabrication shops, steelwork contractors, and industrial applications demanding precision and repeatability.
