The FALCON HPK65 Motorized Profile Rolling Machine is a robust and versatile solution for precision metal bending tasks utilizing twin hydraulically positioned bottom rolls. Engineered for both horizontal and vertical operations, this hydraulically operated, European-made machine is designed to handle a variety of profiles with efficiency and accuracy, designed to bend angle iron (flange in or flange out),flat , flat on edge, pipe, RHS, solid round and square bar, I or U sections, etc. in steel or other materials.

- The mobile control panel is equipped with push-button controls and digital readouts. This interface enables precise control over the positioning of the bottom rolls and other machine functions, c/w foot pedals
- Robust welded Steel Frame
- All three rolls are mechanically driven via an electric motor through a planetary gearbox and heavy duty gears ensuring consistent bending performance
- The HPK65 can operate in both horizontal and vertical orientations

- The NC controller option on the HPK65 NC offers multiple modes of operation: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic. This flexibility allows operators to choose the most suitable mode for their specific bending tasks. The controller can store up to 500 programs, facilitating quick setup and repeatability for various bending operations. Must be a selected option at time of order.
