The Fintek L20 20-gauge Pittsburgh-style lock former is a robust, heavy-duty machine designed for efficient and consistent sheet metal fabrication. Engineered for ductwork and custom HVAC projects, it reliably produces Pittsburgh style joints on mild steel up to 20 gauge thickness. Its hardened, precision steel forming head, with ground shafts and case-hardened forming rolls riding on needle bearings, ensures long service life and smooth, uniform results, even under continuous shop use. The L20 accepts standard 220 V single-phase power, forming clean, strong locks while minimizing waste. Typically using about 1 inch of material per lock and offering a pocket depth adjustable between 5/16" and 3/8".
