HDL Double CNC Precision Vice Series is designed for high-volume CNC machining where repeatability and rigid workholding are critical. The double-station layout allows two components to be clamped and machined in one setup, improving machine utilisation and reducing cycle changeover time. Built with a heavy-duty cast body and precision-ground components, the HDL series is designed to maintain clamping accuracy under continuous CNC loads. Suitable for production milling environments, it provides consistent parallelism and stable holding force across both stations, making it suited to batch work and automated machining cells.
