The Luxcut HBP2500x3mm NC1 is a hydraulically operated box and pan folder designed for heavy-duty, efficient, and precise sheet metal bending. Featuring a sliding style tooling system, it allows quick and easy setup while delivering accurate, repeatable bends with enormous versatility. Built with high structural rigidity from heavy plate steel construction and continuous welded seams, the bending beam is powered by dual hydraulic cylinders, supported by high load dual spherical plane bearings for smooth and reliable operation. The fully integrated electric/hydraulic system, with a large oil reservoir, maintains low oil temperature and ensures safe, user friendly operation. Precise electric/hydraulic controls include manual inching of the bending beam and a simple handwheel type backgauge. Comprehensive overload protection safeguards both electric and hydraulic systems. A powerful, direct coupled hydraulic pump and motor provide rapid, efficient operation.
