The Optimum GU 1 Dust Extractor integrates a robust cyclone extraction system into a compact machine base, perfectly matched for GU and GU-S grinding units. Designed under Optimum's high standards of quality and reliability, this extractor automatically activates with a 2-3 second delay upon starting your grinder and continues briefly afterward, clearing residual dust in compliance with safety regulations
The Optimum GU1 machine substructure, designed for use with bench grinders, is equipped with a single motor that serves a dual purpose: 1. Drives the Dust Extraction System: The motor powers an integrated cyclone-style dust extraction system, ensuring efficient removal of airborne particles generated during grinding. 2. Powers the Grinder: The same motor also drives the grinder's operation, providing the necessary power for grinding tasks. This integrated motor system is available in both single-phase (230V) and three-phase (400V) configurations, catering to different power supply setups. Therefore, regardless of the electrical configuration, the Optimum GU1 features a single motor that handles both dust extraction and grinder operation.
