The HOMGE HSD-7 Super Divider is a manual quick-indexing unit designed for fast, repeatable positioning in milling, drilling, and light machining applications. It is used for dividing workpieces into fixed angles for operations such as bolt hole circles, slotting, multi-face machining, and repetitive production setups. The HSD-7 uses a direct indexing system with selectable positions, allowing rapid change between preset divisions without full rotation systems or complex setup. The lever-operated mechanism provides fast unclamping, indexing, and re-clamping in a single action, reducing cycle time in production environments. The body is manufactured from ductile iron with a rigid structure to maintain stability and accuracy under machining loads.
